Manufactured from aluminum tooling plate the jig uses 150mm centre heights off the backing plate.
Fully adjustable and the seat tube holder uses independently adjustable tube holders to suit curved seat tubes. Various diameter tube holder blocks are available for purchase.
The head tube uses tapered collars to suit the range of different head tubes in the market.
The rear axle assembly is designed to be interchangeable with seperately purchased rear axles to cover 120,130,135mm & 142 and 148mm thru axles.
A sturdy bottom bracket assembly that suits traditional of T47 bottom bracket shells ensures that frames come off the jig as true as possible.
